Windows 10: Notification banner has 'archive' instead of 'delete' suddenly

I am running Windows 10, and I use Outlook where I have several email addresses. Historically, all notification banners have given the option to delete. Suddenly, and without change, the notification banners for incoming emails to one of my email addresses has gotten rid of the 'delete' button and replaced it with 'archive'. To clarify: 5/6 of my email addresses still have 'delete' for their notifications, it's only this one that has changed. My 'customize actions' setting is set to delete with swipe right. I would like to get the option to delete back for that email address.

Delete button for Mail Notification Banner

For the notification banner for the included mail app in Windows 10, is it possible to add a "Delete" option? Or change any of the options ""Flag" & "Archive") to "Delete"? I'd like to immediately delete spam mail without having to go to/open the mail
app.

Someone else with the same question (t0yz) mentioned being able to do this through Quick Actions, but that method doesn't seem to be available to me.

Is it possible to replace the "Delete" button with "Archive" button in Mail?

I am using Gmail with the Mail (Version 17.8004) client on Windows 10.

In the list and in the notification popup, there only are "Delete" and "Set Flag" buttons. But I usually do not delete e-mails; I archive them.

I can right-click the list and choose "Archive", but it would be more convenient if I could easily archive them with a single click. I could not find any option to use archiving instead of deleting in the options.

Is it possible?
