Windows 10: Notification Center and various other features not working on administrator account in...

Various features have stopped working for my account in windows 11, as you may see in the video, notification center does not open at all no matter how much I keep clicking on it. Apart from that, I'm also not able to use clipboard and emoji using the shortcut keys from keyboard...Neither do the Sticky Notes are working along with that. And all of this is a problem with only my account on my pc. These features work fine on other accounts. Windows Start button, Cortana, Notification Center, image viewer, etc didn't work

There are various factors why your Windows Start menu, Cortana, Notification Center, image viewer was not working. It can be due to corrupted system file or corrupted profile account. To isolate your issue, kindly answer the following questions:

• Have you made any recent changes prior to this issue?
• Did you get any error messages when you tried to open your Start menu and Cortana?

Follow these steps to check if it works:

Step 1: Open the Windows Settings menu by pressing the Windows Key and “I,” or alternatively search for Settings in the Windows search bar and click the corresponding result.

Step 2: Click Notifications & Actions in the left-hand menu. This will take you to a screen providing access to all of the settings related to notifications and the Action Center.

Step 3: Click the System icon, then select Notifications and actions from the left-hand menu.

Step 4: Look for the Notifications subheading, where you will see a number of toggles for various types of notifications. The following is a list of the settings you can toggle on this screen:

• Get notifications from apps and other senders
• Show notifications on the lock screen
• Show alarms, reminders, and incoming VoIP calls on the lock screen
• Hide notifications when duplicating my screen
• Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows

You may just turn them off the notification as you need.

 

Stop action center notifications in Windows 10

  Select notifications and actions.

  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.
