Windows 10: Notification tab gone?

Like the subject says my notification tab is gone idk how to fix that could anyone help me?I mean this thing in right bottom corner where all the notifications are and idk where it is :It just disappeared ;w;

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
