Windows 10: Notifications & Focus Assist

Can anyone help me please I have notifications and focus assist both turned on to receive notifications but I am not receiving any notifications to the action centre on my pc. I stopped receiving all notifications a few days ago.Many ThanksSarah

If you turn off Get notifications from apps and other senders, it will disable notifications from everything except Windows system notifications.

Turning on Focus Assist will turn off all notifications until you turn off Focus Assist.

Thank you. Could you give me examples of Windows system notifications and can all of them be disabled? So, if I turn off the "get notifications from apps and other senders" setting I don't even have to disable other notifications' settings which remain turned on?

What if I turn off notifications and Focus Assist, may I still have any notifications?
