Windows 10: Notifications have moved using dual monitors after a Windows 10 update

I am running the latest version of Windows 10 and have two display monitors. After an overnight update, my monitors were switched over for some reason so I simply went to display settings and moved them back which still meant I had to readjust the layout of two applications I use that take up both monitors. But when notifications appear, they always appear to the right hand side of my right monitor where as before, the notifications appeared on the right hand side of my left monitor, very convenient since they were directly in my line of sight. Even though the notifications icon is on the bottom right of my left monitor, when I click it, the notifications appear on the opposite monitor. It's infuriating. I've tried everything, moving the task bar over, getting rid of the task bar on the right monitor, switching over the cables. The notifications simply will not appear where they once did.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
