Windows 10: Notifications on taskbar icons , how to remove .

I recently got a new Windows 10 desktop . I turned off ALL notifications but cant seem to get rid of the ones on app icons in the taskbar , which I have included a screenshot of . The Mail and Messenger apps show a notification each and I cant get rid of or stop that from happening. In fact I have to restart the PC just to clear that in the screenshot . My other desktop doesn't show that at all > same settings on it . Thanks in advance .

How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
from the taskbar and check if it helps.

• Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
• Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.
