Windows 10: Notifications panel won't open when I click on it, and notifications i get don't show any...

HiPlease see the video recording. When I click on the time to open the Notifications panel, nothing happens. When I get new notifications, even if they have banners and sound enabled, they're not shown to me and there's no way for me to find them. When I click on the number of unread notifications, the number disappears and nothing happens.How do I fix this? i have already tried restarting windows explorer, re-registering the action centre, tweaking registry files, and restarting my PC. I've also tried running this: Get-AppxPackage % { Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -

Nice, no answers what so ever... still can`t open new notifications, still right-click don`t work on taskbar... and still no answer as to why

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

5800 Xpress, podcasting won´t open! Aaargh

So it has happened twice, that the podcasting feature simply won´t open. No probs with radio or music player, but the podcaster just blinks and nothing more. I´ve done two hard resets (wich worked) but I don´t like to have to redo EVERYTHING when it happens.



Why does my phone act this way?
