Windows 10: November 16 2022 Windows 10 update causing freezing

Update on November 16, 2022 causing everything to freeze. I have tried all the suggestions I have found in the community prior to this update and none of it is working. I checked my event viewer and it shows this error "The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54} and APPID {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402} to the user NOELLE\Noelle SID S-1-5-21-3212286510-972489477-804209386-1002 from address LocalHost Using LRPC running in the application container Unavaila

How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2 Win Update

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.

Do dism and sfc /scannow commands before and/or after installing it.

Method 1: I suggest you to run the Windows Update troubleshooter and check.

Windows Update Troubleshooter resolves problems that prevents you from updating windows.

• Press Windows key and type Troubleshooting.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on

• Select Windows Update to run the
  Windows Update Troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.
• Try to install the update and check.
