Windows 10: November 2018 Print Artist will shut down when trying to insert photo from file. Had been...

I have been creating family Christmas letters for years using the Print Artist software. About 4 years ago I purchased the PA 25 for my letters. It did work on Windows 10 although at times there would be a problem. About a month ago everytime I try to insert a picture it just stops working and the project I was working on and the whole program just disappears!

If Microsoft cannot solve this, can anyone tell me an easy software program I can buy that will work with Windows 10? I really need to have a dependable program.

Printing a photo on windows 10

You can use Windows Photo App to print the photos in windows 10.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key and type Photos.
• Select the photo.
• Right click on the photo.
• Select print option.
• Then you will be able to print photos.

Unable to Print .JPG files as photos from Win10.

Following these instruction I get as far as step 3.

• Press Windows key and type Photos in search box and hit enter.
• Browse and open the photo you want to print.
• Click on the more option (three dots) on the upper right corner of the app.
• AT THIS POINT Print does not appear. All that shows is: Refresh, Slideshow, Settings and Feedback
• I am running Windows 10 Home

• Which App/program are you using to view/print photos?

I suggest you to use Photos app to print the photos and check if it works. To do so kindly follow the below given steps:

• Press Windows key and type Photos in search box and hit enter.
• Browse and open the photo you want to print.
• Click on the more option (three dots) on the upper right corner of the app.
• Click on Print option.
• Select the desire printer and size of photo from the Printer option.
• Press Print and check if it works.
