Windows 10: Novemeber 2020 and Audio crackling Still an issue NO ''fixes' at all fix it

So, it is now November 2020, and another great update fail!

Audio crackling like crazy, and nothing, and i mean NOTHING i have read here or anywhere at all fixes this.
And before i get repeats of the same rubbish cut and paste ''fixes'':

-i have updated ALL relevant drivers.

-I have uplugged various things one at a time, and all together, and nothing worked.
-Updated Bios.. didn't work
Went to PC settings and switched off all power throttling, and followed pro advice like the advice from my DAW manufacturers:

Great advice... just a shame Windows itself doesn't seem to know it

The thing is, it is obvious my default audio Roland MX-1 Performance Mixer which is a professional mixer for clubs and stage and so on is fine, but it is both Realtek and High Def Audio Dev which are gertting in my way!


On top of which despite getting shot of power throttling, windows keep throwing my mixer off, and putting me back on Realtek or High def rubbish randomly, and also does this to my phone tether randomly.
In fact i can no longer do any work with audio, and have been stuck like this for weeks now. Just as well we have Covid virus as performace would be a complete embarrassment and i would never get work again! Thanks a bunch windows.. as ever.
PLEASE, DO NOT OFFER THE SAME TIRED ADVICE I HAVE BEEN READING AND TRYING FOR YEARS as listed abopve for example.

fixing the crackling sound coming out of my audio device

Please suggest me how to fix the crackling sound coming out of my audio device, I tried a few but didn't work.

 

Crackling audio in games.

I'm currently using my windows drivers. But it happened on the motherboard drivers as well.

Disabling VSYNC seems to fix the issue and I can go fullscreen. and not get the crackling audio.

USB headphones have never been kind to me. They always hiss, pop and crackle. The fact that you can hear it when no audio is being played suggests it's a power /connection issue.

Do you have any 3.5mm or RCA based headphones you can try?
