    Now need to click twice on a link to get it to load


    A couple of months ago (approximately) I began to have trouble accessing links that opened a new tab. I would click on the link (usually, but not always, from within Gmail), and I would get one of three errors:

    ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME
    ERR_SSL_UNRECOGNIZED_NAME_ALERT
    ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

    After getting this error message, I close the tab with the error, go back to the originating source, and click the link again. Without fail, I access the website--immediately, without any delay.

    I am using Chrome 77.0.3865.90. I submitted this issue to the Chrome community and didn't receive a response.


    Initially I was able to circumvent the problem by switching to Firefox (current version is 70.0). However, after about two weeks, I started receiving those same error messages, so it looks like it is a Win10 issue coupled with any unique setting my laptop has.


    I have not found anything online describing this problem.


    I am currently running Win10 Pro, Version 1903, Build 18362.356.


    It was installed on 7/4/2019. I wish I could say the problems started immediately on that date, but I cannot. . .

    Must Click Web Links Twice to Load

    E61. Suddenly, two weeks ago, when I click a web link once, it looks like it tries to load, but ultimately, will not load a single kb of data....it just hangs there...forever, if I do nothing. If I click again, it loads the page perfectly. I have tried
    clearing cache and cookies, doing a cold re-boot...no success. Any suggestions?

    Kurtfilm, try Opera Mini. It is much better than Nokia's default web browser.

    Linked Fonts are often not loaded

    They are either all loaded and work fine, or none of the linked fonts are even listed.

    3/4 of reboots they are loaded.
