Windows 10: Now no office 365

Has anIyone experienced irregularities while upgrading to w10. I was subscribed to office 365 before the switch and now noticed there's NOTHING. What happened and who do I lean on with my complaint? Any advice and or experience would be an assist.

HP Printer not working since Office 365 Install

I installed Office 365 and now my HP Printer does not print. Anyone have this problem

If it's a subscription you can log onto your Office 365 subscription page on the Office 365 support site and check your status there. You may have to unsubscribe your old installation and reinstitute that particular subscription into the new. The total number of installations charged against that subscription account will remain the same.

Or, are you talking about your user data?

 

Was talking about the and apps. Now I've rebuilt windows two times and then MS changed to office 2016
I've found out that MS has a site & procedure to download Office ***. Pretty much like downloading apps on internet. The
last download for Office 2016 was time consuming, but I still didn't get Outlook. Luckily the win10 Mail app seems to be working
for both my ms hotmail & Google.

Any thoughts on Outlook 2016?

 

Have you gone into the Home button which will take you to Bing
Once there you should see Outlook Msn and Office online
That is your Office 365

 

It might be best for you if you post the question in a forum dedicated to MS Office programs.

That Is Office online (cut down online versions)
Office 365 is the full office product, its the subscription version of Office 2016

If you log into the office website what does it say for your subscription, I upgraded from 8.1 and it all remained intact

No it isn't - that is the free web apps - a separate thing altogether.

 

If free why am I having t pay for it every month

 

On mine it is showing the full version not the cut down version

Compare it with the full apps (Office 365/Office 2016)
The web apps are not as full featured as the full packages

If you are paying a subscription and only using the web apps, then you are paying for nothing (unless you pay for the other 365 benefits, ie 1TB of Onedrive)

 

I had occasion to help a client with his Office 365 a few months ago and did get a caveat pop up that said the user has to open/log into one of the apps in Office 365 at least once a month to keep it current, he hadn't and we had to reset some things.

 

I've bought OFFICE 2016 yesterday and OUTLOOK 2016 this morning biggest problem now is setting outlook

to work with my Hotmail and my GMAIL accounts. Hard to believe that the W10 Mail program w only works pretty much automatically with both but Outlook 2016 requires hand holding to hook up to GMAIL.

I am searching for the required settings to interface to Gmail. I'm pretty sure i'll find the right settings for IMAP RSN.
