Windows 10: NPS Radius with Windows 10 Firewall

HiI have NPS Radius configured on my Cisco switch below config but the issue i am having is Windows 10 Firewall is blocking it. I added UDP ports on all 3 profiles for inbound/outbound.UDP Ports: 138, 139, 1812, 1813, 1645, 1646 - set on Local and remote.unable to add firewall log.Switch port config:interface GigabitEthernet1/0/4 description ** Test PORTS ** switchport access vlan 5 switchport mode access switchport voice vlan 6 srr-queue bandwidth share 1 30 35 5 priority-queue out authentication control-direction in authentication event fail action next-method authentication host-

I have recently installed windows 2022 radius server and will need to understand about certificate and cisco switch configuration to authenticate and activate aaa.

Could you please provide me step by step process to configure cisco switch and certificate? ?

 

How to configure radius for DHCP Server in windows server 2012?

I am trying to configure radius with dhcp.Already installed a dhcp server in windows server 2012. Does dhcp is required to be authorized .For now,it is not authorized.Also,installed NPS role in another server 2012. How to configure radius for dhcp?
