  1. ntb time to time slower after power on from sleep with unpluged adapter

    Hello,

for existing ntb behaviour is occured for some months, yet version 10.0.19042.906, processor i7, RAM 32GB, SSD is exist one interesting behaviour.

    1. When ntb is powered on on the power adapter and is working correctly full power.

    2. Then cover is closed activity set to sleep.

3A. When cover is opened during pluged power adapter then ntb is wake up with full power.

3B. When cover is opened during UNpluged power adapter then this is happened not always only time to time, not found exact reason ntb is wake up and system power is reduced and is like on "battery saver", but checking the battery status - full power. When power adapter is pluged again - system is still slow then tryed too points 2. and 3A., still reduced system power. Go to back to normal system working "repair the slower speed of system" it is helpful only restart the pc.

Do you have an idea what can be the main reason?

    Thank you.

    :)

  3. Windows 10 taking very long time to upgrade.

    Hi,

I apologize for not addressing you in a timely manner. Let me help you in resolving the issue.

Since the system has stuck at updating state, I suggest you to unplug all the external devices except the basics(e.g. keyboard/mouse) if there are any and check if it helps.

If the issue persist, I would suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if you access or stop the loop from reappearing. To perform
Power Drain follow the steps below:

    • Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
    • Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
    • Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.
Write to us with the status of the issues experienced on the same post for further assistance. Your reply is most important for us to ensure we assist you accordingly.

    Thank you.
