Windows 10: ntkrnlmp.exe bsod windows 10

Hi!
I've been getting BSOD for quite som time. i tried to analyse with WhoCrashed, and the message says that it was caused by ntkrnlmp.exe. I dont really know how to fix this problem, so i was hoping annyone could give me a hand.

The BSOD sometime occurrs several times a day, and sometimes with days in between.

Any tips would help!!

Windows 10 BSOD related to ntkrnlmp

Hi,

I am getting BSOD for quite some time; I am using WIndows 10 Lenevo G500s. I realised that my driver were not updated and so I updated my driver. Soon the BSOD error vanished but after a week time it is still appearing. And this time the cause is ntkrnlmp.exe

I am not sure what to do now because drivers are already updated.

Other problem is my laptop does not wake up after sleeping. But I am sure this problem is also related to ntkrnlmp.exe

Can someone please help. I feel it was a bad decision to upgrade to windows

There are no dumps present in the zip.
If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:

i was using Ccleaner, but i have uppdated the dumpfile

 

The new zip is the one from the first post I assume?

 

yeah, i replased the old file, with a file that should have dump files

If you are overclocking anything, revert back to stock while troubleshooting.
