    ntkrnlmp.exe causes the desktop crashes and abnormal restarts


    Hi, recently my desktop encountered constantly crashes/abnormaly restarts after start my desktop about a few minutes. I have tried reset windows but it does not help. Read through the relevant post in this community, and some advises that use the WinDbg to identify the crashes reason. After the test, the outcomes shows that the crash may be relevant to ntkrnlmp.exe file.     Is Edge browser causing Desktop freezes and abnormal Shutdowns?

    I have unticked startup and recovery > automatically restart, I also unchecked the overwrite dump file, as I thought I could afford a little disk space for this, at the moment.
    I shall wait until the next one happens, and see if a BSOD is generated. Thank you for spotting that.

    uninstalled and reinstalled all my hardware drivers
    reset reliability and problem history.
