Windows 10: ntkrnlmp.exe causing BSOD and crashes

Hello, my computer has been having BSOD crashes lately, with error of SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 3b.I looked into C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP using WinDbg in administrator mode and this is the result:Microsoft R Windows Debugger Version 10.0.22415.1003 AMD64Copyright c Microsoft Corporation. Multiple BSODs caused by ntkrnlmp.exe in Windows 10

Also, i not that to geeky to comprehend what was written in the .DMP file, you can also check this:

it says that it regards the BIOS. . . . ?

BSOD

Hi Ananya,

Base on the 3 dump files that you shared the main cause of your BSOD is a memory failure (ntkrnlmp.exe) and a driver problem (tcpip.sys)
