Windows 10: ntoskrnl.exe+3fc0c0 CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED WIN 10

Hello ive been having trouble fixing this issue that causes a blue screen shortly after booting to desktop. The computer reboots after the crash, the farthest i can get is the sign in screen as well as the advance recovery options screen. The computer itself is a Lenovo Y50-70 touch with windows 10. the laptop has a dimmed display that rarely displays a visible image, so i use an external monitor via hdmi.things ive tried1. CHKDSK all functions of it2. sfc/scannow3. booting in safe mode4. unstalling most recent updates5. DISM6. basic startup repair optionnone of these options could find any co

Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:

1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
2. is not pirated software or illegal

Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.

In that case I haven't a clue. I haven't personally used pirated software in a few years. Multiple searches for WinDivert.sys/WinDivert64.sys completes with zero results so I'm unsure. I have a VPN and wireshark installed, or at least I did but haven't uninstalled it properly because a few of its files disappeared. It's the same with ccleaner and other programs, sometimes if I haven't used them in a long time they randomly disappear.

I'll continue my search for this system file.

Moving on from that anyway, attempted a DISM scan just in case but its clean.
