  1. ntoskrnl.exe and win32kfull.sys causing bluescreens

Recently I did a fresh install of Windows because the issues with my PC got so bad that half the time it refused to boot into Windows. I ended up doing a fresh install thinking everything was fine but I ended up getting a BSOD with win32kfull.sys as the main culprit with ntoskrnl.exe also causing it. Additionally, I've found that ntoskrnl.exe is the root of most if not all of my BSODs yet I can't seem to figure out what exactly is causing it. I'm not sure if it's a driver or a hardware thing. My copy of Windows is completely up to date and I've tried every solution recommended here before and nothing has resolved the issue. Here's the minidump since I don't know how to read these things. I just want to know if there's any specific driver or software that might be causing the BSOD.

    ntoskrnl.exe and win32kfull.sys causing bluescreens

KB3163018 causes bluescreen in DirectX DXGMMS1.sys when I maximize video

    Still have the same problem.

    My setup:

    • Lenovo W530
    • Windows 10 64bit
    • Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
    • NVIDIA Quadro K2000M

Just installed the anniversary update, updated my BIOS, intel graphics card driver and SSD firmware. Fullscreen applications like YouTube still cause a bluescreen.

    Any suggestions Microsoft?
