    Ntoskrnl.exe Works Strangely


    Hello.Today, when I have been using the computer, I have noticed that after about 2 minutes of inactivity, with the computer turned on, ntoskrnl.exe starts to consume between 25 and 30 percent of the CPU. When I use the computer again, ntoskrnl.exe starts to consume between 0 and 0.9 percent of the CPU. This behavior puzzles me because it didn't happen before. I think maybe it's a cumulative update that was installed yesterday. I am using Windows 11.

    • Update your Realtek audio driver.
    • Update your computer.
    • Disable overclocking settings.
    • Turn off BlueStacks/ another Android emulator.
    • Clean your registry.
    • Check your disk for errors.
    • Fix bad memory issues.
    • Remove faulty sticks of RAM.

    It is possible that you .exe is not working due to corrupted system files or account. To assist you better, kindly answer the following questions:

    • Does this happen with a specific application or with all of your application?
    • Have you tried creating a new admin account to check if the issue also with new account or only with the current account?
