    Am I able to use my Nuance PowerMic™ II without buying the Dragon software? I purchased a refurbished device and when I initially plugged it into my desktop USB port last week, it worked with any standard text box. Now today I continue to get the following message in the microphone box at the top of my screen "Something went wrong. Try again in a little while." I've run the troubleshooter, the microphone set up and test, and continue to get the same error message all day Device name Processor IntelR CoreTM i5-9500T CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB 7.79 GB usable Produc
