Windows 10: nubwo u3 headset not working switch button problem*maybe*

my nubwo u3 headset broke after i used the switch button to mute my mic and now it doesnt open my mic when ever i switch the button, i think its broken but i didnt do anything to break it please help

My headset mic has not been working it would've been a breeze to setup if only my laptop had a microphone jack. I've tried troubleshooting the microphone to which it works but then my headphones don't work. This only happens on this laptop as my other
one (which was older) had a microphone and headphone jack (the headset came with an extension for that.) How do I get my headset and headset mic working simultaneously?

Please make sure Jack detection is turned on your laptop. So when you plugin the headset it should ask you what device did you plug in, it'll give you option to choose from, microphone, speaker and headser, you need to choose headset and it should work.

1. Go to 'Search'

2. Search for and then open 'Realtek Audio Console'

3. Click on 'Device advanced settings'

4. Make sure 'Jack detection' is turned ON (try switching it on/off if it's ON already).
