Windows 10: NUC12WSHi7 needs a Network Adapter Driver on fresh install windows 11

Intel Network adapter driver zip file not recognised by NUC12 on fresh install of windows 11 placed on a USB thumb drive fat 32 thumb drive shows up but not the zip file i is there another type of download file it will recognise

Install a driver for your network adapter
