    NUC13RNGI9 Boot Failure following 24H2 OEM FMP updates


    I have recently done the windows 24h2 update on my NUC i9 13th Gen. Following the update on machine restart i was faced with an OEM FMP update in which got to 60% update progress before my machine turned off. I have now tried to power on the machine and nothing. The boot cycle doesn't begin, the fan spins and then it powers off after a second or two. I have tried to remove all memory from the pc and tried to boot with no success. I have tried to boot without the jumper and a usb drive with the latest bios cap file from ASUS; tried to boto with no CMOS battery. I am unsure as to what is causing
