Windows 10: Nuclear throne freezes up, unresponsive without an error message

My game, nuclear throne keeps freezing in the middle of gameplay without an error message. It happens during random times. So far i haven't been able to find a single solution for this problem. I click "wait for program to respond" and it still doesn't work.

It only started happening yesterday and i'm not sure how to down grade it since it is a prebuilt and i'm afraid that will [mess] up something. I also tried earlier versions like update 91 but that still doesn't help.

My windows version is 1909 windows 10 home.

Unresponsive Start with Error Message

On start up my laptop begins fine, but during the first several minutes I receive a message saying: ADM Quick Stream Error, license information to use this software is not found. I have not had this happen before and it seems to freeze my Icons and Windows
10 Menu. This Icons will change color and open the app, but nothing connects. How do I fix this? I have done all of the suggestions regarding unresponsive icons, including the sfc in Task Manager.

• What files have you copied from your friend’s computer?
  
• Have you installed Blizzard Entertainment client on the computer?
  
• When you say, “when I copy it via pc, it will report an error” where are you copying the files?
  

This could because the game is not installed properly, you will need to install a valid copy of Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne. You can download the game from Blizzard website and install it.
