Windows 10: num + in numpad not working unless holding shift

HiThe num + on my keyboaard is not work unless I hold the shift key. I tried the key on other keyboard and "On-screen keyboard" but it didn't help.The other keys on the Numpad "/". "*" and "-" and numbers works normally, no need to hold the shift key. I hope someone with a solution can help.

Shift key all of a sudden started changing how the numpad works

So I sometimes use a cheat program in games (I play just for fun and like to cut out dumb amounts of farming in most games) and usually a lot of the cheats are set up already to use Shift + NumPad 1, 2, 3, etc. and it always worked fine (I think I have been using it for over a year). Now all of a sudden when I hold Shift for the numpad it's changing 1 to End , 7 to Home, 3 to PgDn, 9 to PgUp, etc. Is there a way to fix this because I literally only use the numpad for the numbers? I don't even see a point for it to use the other settings since they're right next to each other and have no other use (number across the top of the keyboard are read differently than numpad number but the I guess function keys work exactly the same). (I wasn't sure exactly where to put this but it effects my ability to play games the most so I put it in the gaming topic).

Don't know if it matters but the keyboard is "RK ROYAL KLUDGE Typewriter Style Retro Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Wired with True RGB Backlit Collapsible Wrist Rest 108-Key Blue Switch Round Keycap - Black" and I never had to download any drivers for it. BUT I do have for some reason 5 "HID Keyboard Device" in my Device Manager. (Also have 4 "HID-compliant mouse" for some reason).

(edit) I have the num lock button on all the time (basically turn it on every time I turn on my PC since I use it). The issue is with num lock active when holding down Shift it then goes from using the numbers on the num pad to using End, Home, PgUp, PgDn and Arrows. Basically the Shift key is acting as a bypass to the num lock key being on so if I hold Shift I can't use the numbers on my num pad at all (I tried with the num lock both on and off). It's apparently some kind of dumb shortcut but I tried turning off, on then off again all Sticky keys and Filter keys (I don't know if there's more dumb features on Windows 11 making my life a pain).

What recognizes the Shift key as a trigger to disable numpad? This is not a normal Windows setting.

Argh, took me forever to figure out what was causing this. I use displayfusion and have the prevent deactivation function bound to the insert key. Worked wel enough for years now.

The problem begins when I try to use my razer naga mouse in games and bind key combinations. The 10 key on the mouse corresponds to numpad 0.

I need to be able to bind shift+that key. Every time I pressed shift+that key it would toggle the "prevent deactivation" in displayfusion and I couldnt figure it out. I thought it was some kind of default shortcut in displayfusion or something.

Turns out, holding down shift disables numpad. In doing so it reverts the mouse 10 key from numpad0 to its non numpad state which is (you guessed it) insert.

I believe via my convoluted research a means exists to modify this behavior via registry but thats well above my paygrade.

Anyone know what key needs to be deleted or modified?
