Windows 10: Number Keys in AWS

I work on AWS for my job. I have been noticing that my number keys sometimes won't work inside AWS. They work fine outside of AWS but not inside. I have to turn off the NUM key for the numbers to work inside AWS and turn it back on to use numbers outside of AWS. I have contacted my company's IT department but they have no clue what the cause is. I am hoping that someone has some insight. It's annoying to have to continually turn the NUM key off and on during my work day.

numbers key will not lock on My hp lapto computer

I tried the suggestion, however it did not work on my HP Laptop. I wish it had.

 

Is AWS connecting to the internet

I have scanned my network on my Windows 10 and Windows 10 Pro and I fin AWS is in the list after the scan. Is AWS a part of the Microsoft network, I know AWS has been working for Microsoft already. So is AWS capable of connecting to my windows. Yes I have
allowed everything in Windows Experience. Is there a switching it off in firewall?

 

Trouble saving voicemail number

To access my voicemail it is my phone number, a pause and 4 digit pin.



I did the following steps:

• Turned off default voicemail number
• Added a , (for pause) at end of my phone number
• Added the 4 digit pin

I get the following error message We're having trouble saving your voicemail number right now. Try again later.



Any suggestions on how to correct this?
