  1. "Number of Reclaimable Packages : 1" can't be reclaimed. How do I proceed?

This is Windows 10 2004 running in 32GB of DDRAMM on a Gigabit GA-Z77-UD3H-e motherboard. There was an weird freeze-up this morning and I had to simply power the system down and restart. After that I ran through the fix routine of:

    SFC /SCANNOW

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

And there were three packages that required fixing. However only two got fixed, so upon running entirely through the commands above , I requested on the next reboot:

    chkdsk C:/ F

It ran and reportedly - successfully- fixed a problem.

    After the reboot, I ran

    SFC /SCANNOW
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore

    And got

Number of Reclaimable Packages : 1

Component Store Cleanup Recommended : Yes

    So I ran :

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

    and got:

    [=========== 20.0% ]

    The operation completed successfully.

Because it stops at 20%, on a hunch I tried cycling back through:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore

    and got:

Number of Reclaimable Packages : 1

Component Store Cleanup Recommended : Yes

    So I ran:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

But it stopped at 20% again and so cycled back to see if the package got updated. But the analysis still says there is one package that needs fixing.

Here below is the entire session... but I am lost. What do I do, and reformatting is not an option.

    Reclaim gamer tag

I changed the email address account that can log into my personal Microsoft account. When I did this, it removed my ability to log into my xbox live profile with that other account. Now, it won't let me reclaim that original gamertag. How do I take a
gamertag that is pointing at a Microsoft account login that has had it's email address changed from that?

Also, when I logged into xbox with the new email, it shows I have a gamertag (I don't recall making) under this other email address! Ug.
