Windows 10: Numpad enter key randomly opens menu in Calculator

Open calculator in Scientific mode. On your number pad, press '5', '+', '5', and the enter key, and instead of giving you the total, it opens the menu. If you hit escape or click on the title bar or something, then it works. But if you hit CE, the next time you press NumPad enter it does it again.

Why the fuck would I ever want to open the menu button by pressing enter?

Windows 10 Calculator-pressing "Enter" doesn't give me total

Situation:

• Windows + R -> calc.exe
• Hit 5+5 keys
• Hit Enter
• Menu (or something else) is highlighted, instead of result = 10.

Solutions:

• Switch to the Scientific calculator.
• Hit Enter twice, each time you open the calculator.
• press the "=" key.

Numpad only partially working.

The numpad on my Toshiba Satellite S55t-A5331 has randomly stopped working. the keys that currently work on the numpad are: 96390.+-* and enter.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm a developer by trade, so as you can imagine, popping open calculator to do quick calculations is something I need to do a lot in a day.

All modes other than standard work fine for me, thanks again for sharing your findings.
