Windows 10: NuVision Solo 10 Draw plugged in, discharging

I have a NuVision Solo 10 Draw and when I put it on the charger, it'll say "Plugged in, discharging". I've tried looking up this problem, and I'm only seeing solutions saying that the device is discharging because the charger being used isn't the one that came with the device. The thing is, I'm using the charger that came with my tablet and it's still discharging. I'll even try unplugging the charger from my tablet and plugging it back in, but it still doesn't solve the problem, so then the tablet's battery continues to drain until it shuts down. But sometimes my tablet will actually charge and sometimes it won't and discharge instead.

pen compatibility for NuVision duo 10 for drawing

Can anyone help? I have a NuVision duo 10 and a bamboo ink drawing pen, i've connected via bluetooth and the buttons have input but the nip doesn't work at all. There is a model of this tablet that has almost the exact same stats, but it comes with a drawing
pen and works, its the NuVision duo 10 draw. My version of windows is still updating which i believe is the issue, but i also think it might be the pen type.

 

Nuvision Solo 10 draw loosing mic driver apon every restart.


Windows 1809 A Windows endorsed and sold tablet with latest operation system loosing driver on every other start. I even have the windows driver update turned off.

What happens almost every time is the audio also looses its driver and a manual add and remove of the driver window replaces it with and then doing a device manager hardware change to see it again .

It has a realtek sound with software from the manufacture and still looses it everytime.

I called the company and reported this problem a few times they only replace the system with a earlier version of windows that has no issues and windows update instantly changes it with a newer OS.
And Microsoft warns of no security updates if left on that older OS.

Messed up part is that the 3 drivers the manufacture supplies keeps 2 and they are completely fine working
1 Lan driver
1 Bluetooth driver
But the 1 mic driver..... Ive tried everything and anything..
Help would be appreciated

 

Reset NuVision Win 10 to factory standards

Does anyone know how to revert this tablet back to factory standards? It's a NuVision Windows 10 10 in tablet.

I've already done it the Windows way but wasn't exactly the way I first got it.

I tried that and this time it said there was a problem resetting this pc. Not sure why, tried turning off location and removing pin but that didn't work
