Windows 10: nuvision tablet OS build is corupted

hi


i have a nuvision tablet model no TM800w560L had a problem i cannot connect to internet no access to my computerand file explorer plus sound is not working also


the tablet is bought from online store they said the reset it but the seller told me that he reset the tablet but while the tablet is resetting he turnoff the tablet while sending to me


now the tablet boots up ok but i cannot have access to any folder when i press the strt menu it is not opening

plus i cannot reset it


i tried the steps by holding the power button for 4-5 seconds while windows logo and dots are spinning but i cannot get the recovery screen


i dont have the otg cable i cannot connect the mouse or keyboard


plz help i will post the screen shot and video here please help

1. What is the version and
   build of you operating system? In the Search
   box, type winver to get this info.
   
2. What is the Make and the model of the Device?
   
3. Are you aware of any changes made on computer before this issue occurred?
   
4. Is this issue intermittent?
   

Usually we see this issue if there are issues with the input device drivers or if there are any issues with the hardware itself.

I would suggest you to install the latest drivers from the
Nuvision Website and check.

The concern you have encountered may be due to a corrupted file or a misconfigured setting. In this case, we suggest you run the hardware troubleshooter to check scan the device check and repair the concern. To do this, simply follow the steps provided by

You can also try turning on the tablet mode on Windows 10 to see if it helps.
