Windows 10: Nuvision TM800w560L touch screen,camera and sound are not working

Hey everyone,I recently did a factory reset on my Nuvision TM800w560L tablet. Everything was working fine but since morning, touch, sound and camera are not working. I checked the updates and everything but still no luck. I also checked for the drivers but I couldn’t find any for my tablet model. I would greatly appreciate help with this.Thanks,

Thank you for your response. Upon researching again, we found that there is a downloadable online manual, user guide, driver and software on their download center website for your NuVision TM800W560L. We suggest checking it once more.

The problem is nuvision does not provide drivers exactly for my device. They provide drivers for other devices but not for TM800W560L

I bought Nuvision TM800W560L from Microsoft Store knowing it's a signature edition device. So I thought, all drivers will be delivered through WIndows Update. The device worked well but I recently did a clean install of Windows.

And after it, I found no touch driver working for the device. I asked the device's customer service, they say they do not have the driver. Their website has a driver package that only have Wi-Fi driver. (no display driver / no touch ).

So my device is stuck now. What can I do?
