    NvFBCPluginWindow shut down message prevents from shutdown my computer. What's the problem...


    It is the second time when I try to shutdown my computer the following message appears "NvFBCPluginWindow shutting down". It actually prevents my computer from shutdown . What's the problem and how to fix it? To shutdown the computer I have to unplug it from power.For information: Windows 10, last Microsoft Update was in Feb 2022.

    I bought this MS surface book 2 last Sept and I keep getting the NVfbcPluginWindow error on shutdown. How do I get rid of it?

    When I shutdown I get the message "this app. is preventing shutdown". Last night it showed 'DDES window'. I can't find what DDES window is. I went through the msconfig list and I don't see anything that seems to match. What is DDES window?
