Windows 10: NVIDIA Display 26.21.14.3200 for AMD RX card ?

I don`t understand, but can anybody explain why is windows update downloading and installing this Nvidia update whereas no component in my PC requires Nvidia drivers. The GPU I am using is RX 470. I mean like, not everyone has unlimited internet why is Windows wasting our data?

Early 2018 seems like the most likely release for Volta-based gaming cards, despite some rumour-mongers suggesting a release late this year.
