Win 10 says my NVIDIA: GeForce 6150 LE isn't acceptable and needs an update in order to work. How do I get an update?

I'm not quite computer illiterate, but I can see it from where I'm standing. I can follow simple directions, usually.

I've loaded W10 into three of our computers and have five to go, but I stumbled on my HP a1637c desktop.

    Anything helpful would be appreciated.

    :)

    Windows 10 Widescreen Video Problem

The computer is a Dell Dimension E521. The monitor is an AOC. Windows update did not help. The NVIDIA scan told me the GPU is GeForce 6150 LE, but said I already had the latest driver. I took a chance to manually install the GeForce 6 series driver
even though it was marked for Windows 8, not 10. It appears to work.

    Windows 10 failed install

    NVIDIA: GeForce 6150 LE [IMG]

I cannot install win 10 upgrade from win 7. It states that it has a compatibility issue with NVidia GeForce 6150 LE. I tried to delete NVidia, but when I re-boot to complete the deletion, it re-installs NVidia and I can't stop it. Any help? Thanks

Thanks for your suggestion. I downloaded the 64 bit version and it seems to have applied itself to the card as specified. Now the original evaluation by Windows 10 still insists my computer isn't qualified. Is there any way to convince the evaluation to take another look at my system?

I believe that the MCT (Media Creation Tool) or .ISO download upgrade methods will circumvent the issue with the Windows Update upgrade. See the tutorials:

(Scroll down a bit to get to the actual upgrade methods.)

I've read that too but haven't needed to use this method
