Windows 10: Nvidia Geforce 7300 gt showing yellow exclamation point under display adapters?

I recently bought a pc running on Windows 10 and the graphics card seems to be giving me a problem. According to my display adapters, it's a Nvidia Geforce 7300 GT card. But when I go to display adapters, it shows a yellow triangle with an exclamation point. My screen is super stretched and a little blurry so I'm guessing that's the problem. What do I do? I already tried messing around with the resolution, so it has to be the graphics card drivers or something. It won't let me upload a photo.

Nvidia GeForce 7300 not supported

I just upgraded the motherboard and cpu on my computer but retained my old harddrive. I removed the NVidia GeForce 7300 video card as well as all of it's configuration files, and then I removed all the instances of and references to it in my registry, and
am currently using an onboard Microsoft video display. This device shows active in the device manager and is working fine in Windows 8.1, however, when I attempt to use the "Get Windows 10" app, it tells me the computer is not compatible because of the NVidia
GeForce 7300 video driver....I don't know where else I can remove this reference in my system.....and I would like to upgrade to Windows 10. Does anyone know how to fix this issue so I can upgrade? Your advice and help is greatly appreciated.

Not only is the Compatibility Checker often wrong about display chips like Nvidia 6150 and 7300 not running fine in Windows 10 - since it requires gamer-level performance when most users don't game - but once one does unnecessarily change the card it will
not reset. This is a known bug we've reported but isn't fixed.

The solution is to create the media from
Media Creation Tool, open and run it from desktop.

That video card will work with the latest Windows 8.1 drivers (if necessary in Compatibility Mode) with decent resolution,
sleep and hibernate.
