Windows 10: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU Issues

Hello, I'm currently having issues with my Lenovo Thinkpad P1 gen 6 21FV002HUS laptop. For context, the laptop I purchased was a certified refurbished model from Lenovo Outlet 6 months ago and the first issue I had with it within the first weeks of owning it was a display glitching/artifacting issue on startup and for a few minutes afterwards. I found that the primary issue was that Windows 11 was attempting to use the Intel Iris Xe Integrated Graphics instead of the dedicated 4090 GPU, so removing the integrated graphics from device manager and also updating the NVIDIA drivers seemed to fix

Windows 10 Nvidia Quadro M1000M GPU not working after installing external GPU NVidia GeForce RTX 3060

I have a Lenovo P50 laptop with an internal Quadro m1000m GPU. I installed recently an external NVidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU (thunderbolt attached), and the internal Quadro m1000m GPU gets a Code 31 in device manager.

The NVidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU driver does not list Quadro m1000m as supported.

Is it possible to have multiple GPUs with different NVidia drivers on Windows 10?
