Windows 10: Nvidia GPU not working

My Nvidia GPU has recently not been working due to some driver related issues I think. It all started with error 43, which stopped me from using my Nvidia GPU. I tried updating my GPU but it didn't work. I even tried to use DDU to reinstall my GPU but that didn't work either. I even tried resetting my laptop twice and it didn't even work. Whenever I attempt to install the Nvidia driver on GeForce Experience, it will always go as normal but after installation, the driver appears to not work because the GPU is still not present on task manager and the installation button for the driver is stil

Windows 10 Nvidia Quadro M1000M GPU not working after installing external GPU NVidia GeForce RTX 3060

I have a Lenovo P50 laptop with an internal Quadro m1000m GPU. I installed recently an external NVidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU (thunderbolt attached), and the internal Quadro m1000m GPU gets a Code 31 in device manager.

The NVidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU driver does not list Quadro m1000m as supported.

Is it possible to have multiple GPUs with different NVidia drivers on Windows 10?

It didnt work unfortunetly...

I booted my pc in safe mode then ran the driver cleanupp.

When i tried to install new drivers, it said that nvidia didnt find any nvidia gpu.

It seems like my grafics card just isnt there!

Do you have any other suggestions?

NVIDIA GPU Laptop error code 45

I have a msi laptop with RTX 3070 laptop gpu and i have some problems with it, at first the gpu is not listed at the device manager but after i checked the show hidden device option, the gpu showed but there is an error code 45 and its not working, i tried to install the nvidia driver manually by downloading the newest driver from the official nvidia website but it didnt work the driver installer says the graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware. Please help
