Windows 10: Nvidia "Graphics driver couldn't find compatible graphics hardware & not compatible with...

This is a new PC Build, with old parts included. The new parts are 13700k, MSI z690 pro A, Corsair RM850.My previous build used the same MSI 2070s for 4 years and had 0 issues when using it with a different mobo throughout those years.I took advice and Re-installed a fresh windows.Now to the problemwhen plugging hdmi/dp into the gpu i get no display. Device Manager it shows no 2070s even with "show hidden enabled".I then try to install the GPU Drivers making sure I have the right version of windows selected and 64 bit and when I try to install it i get this error . My

Hello there. Recently, I updated my Windows 10 Pro "1803" to "1809". My graphics drivers version were "391.35" and I needed to update it to the newest version, which is "419.17". At first it gave the "This Nvidia graphics
driver is not compatible with this version of windows" therefore I updated my windows version as I stated above. After updating and doing a full format. I tried again with the hopes of installing my newest driver. Yet now it gave 2 error messages: 1-"This
Nvidia graphics driver is not compatible with this version of windows" 2-"This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware". I tried everything on forums, updating old drivers manually etc. None of them did work. If you could help me solve
this problem, I will be real happy. Thanks in advance.

nVidia - Can Not Find Compatible Graphics Hardware

Everything was working on Windows 7.

Spec's: Onboard graphics (intel 4600), and nVidia GTX 770M.

Did a clean install of Windows 10, on a new SSD and the GTX 770M isn't even recognized as even being there. (no unknown device, etc).

Put the old HDD back in with Windows7, and the GTX 770M is still there and working fine. (So the card is NOT dead).

Did a clean install of Linux Mint 19.3 on the SSD . . . and "IT" recognizes and installs drivers for both cards.

I've downloaded the latest drivers from nVidia for "Windows 10", and I get the message:

I've even gone all the way back to the original install disk and tried installing THAT nVidia driver in compatibility mode. No Dice.

I've looked high and low, and I can not seem to find an answer to this problem.

Suggestions anyone?

Nvidia Graphics Driver Compatibility

Dear Microsoft-

Just installed Windows 10.

Was told everything was compatible.

Graphics card is not identified. Can't even change resolution.

Have NVidia GT 520. Am trying to download old driver.

But had to use Chrome and install JAVA update because EDGE wouldn't accept JAVA.

Now being told graphics driver is NOT compatible.

This is not a seamless upgrade. This is NOT GOOD.

And I am have flashbacks to VISTA upgrade.

Seriously?

Most PC users probably don't even know what a graphics driver is. Let alone how to fix it.

So far...I'd have to give the Windows 10 an F. For TOTAL FAILURE.

Ridiculous.

Have wasted ALOT of time so far.
