Here is the Article all i can say is wow at this point they should just offer something else it would be pretty hard to track every owner especially one's who sold their cards already SMH Nvidia should just hand out a discount for their new line of GPU'S

Creators Update [1709] - More than one Nvidia GPU not working

Hey,

I actually got my cards running now.

After I disconnected everything from my second GTX970, I deleated all driver and all NVIDIA relevant Programms.

After that I made sure that one GTX970 works as it should.

In this state I used my computer for a month or so.

Today I tryed to connect my second GTX970 again to see if it already works.

And it seems to run. I hope you all get yours running too.

 

If it's like any of the other class action settlements I've been a part of, owners will need to opt in to it. I plan on doing it, seeing as how I bought two of them.

 

I have one too $30 a piece $60 for that new GPU *Cool

 

Ooh, according to this Newegg blog, the class action lawsuit also includes 980 series cards, the 960 series and, somehow, AMD R9 series cards.

Yeah, looks like I have a 280X, two 290s, two 970s and a 980 Ti on that list.
