Nvidia profile inspector error

So this error comes up when ever i try opening nvidia profile inspector

 

Is theres an alternative for Nvidia profile inspector? For intel graphics card users?

Based on the description, please note that Nvidia Profile Inspector is not developed by Nvidia. Also, since neither the Nvidia nor Intel GPU's driver/control software is developed by Microsoft, you need to contact Intel support for assistance on how to adjust the driver parameters, or go to Nvidia Profile Inspector's GitHub project page and submit an issue.

Nvidia profile inspector

Hi Sentoise, I'm Greg here to help.

It's a programming error which is usually best fixed by reinstalling the app in Windows Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Nvidia software > Uninstall. Restart Windows.

BUT....unless you need this software to maintain display settings that WIndows itself cannot, I would not install it because you only need the driver, and as in the case with most driver bloatware it can cause unnecessary issues - especially if it's being allowed to freeload on Windows startup and therefore is always running.

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account to replace yours which may be corrupted. Then if necessary continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.
