Windows 10: nvlddmkm causing TDR bsods

so currently my laptop PHN16-71-795K is plagued with nvlddmkm errors for my 4060 laptop gpu with event ids 14, 153 and 0. with most of the time nvlddmkm 14 being at the forefront of the error with this description.The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. BSOD Video TDR Failure


She probably needs to do a video driver update. Get her to go to the manufacturers website for her graphics card and update her graphics card drivers.

BF4 causes endless TDR's

open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers via regedit
change the value of the key TdrLevel to 1 ( this will cause a bsod on TDR so you can get the stop code and see whats causing it 0 will disable it and 3 is the default) if you disable it it may cause the system to HARDLOCK or blackscreen

Video TDR BSOD

Hi all

Hoping someone can help. Running windows10 and getting BSOD video tdr failure igdkmd64.sys when i start my computer up and it is connected to a second monitor. We have tried the following to no avail, open to all suggestions!

- Added TdrDelay, no change

- updated windows and drivers, no change

- removed both drivers (intel and nvidia), when we removed the intel driver the computer actually started up okay with no BSOD, so we are assuming it has something to do with the intel driver?
