Windows 10: nvlddmkm.sys

Hello everyone, I hope you have a good day. First of all, I apologize for my bad English. I bought a new laptop and today I was playing a game when suddenly the laptop turned off and after 1 hour the screen turned blue again. If I read correctly, I got an error loading the dump folder in the windbg program preview. The nvlddmkm.sys problem was introduced and I don't know what to do to fix the problem. My laptop model is acer nitro v15 Rtx4050 and I can't afford to buy another laptop and I sincerely ask for your help.

What driver versions have you tried currently for your graphics?
If it is the newest version, 361.43, try rolling back the drivers.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
   • Double click the executable to open it
   • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

 

Getting nvlddmkm error in event viewer, game crashing

1) Run Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
At least 8 runs

2) run administrative command prompt:
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
chkdsk /x /f /r
For the chkdsk it will require a reboot and may take many hours. Plan to run it overnight.
To view the chkdsk results run administrative command prompt or powershell: get-winevent -FilterHashTable @{logname="Application"; id="1001"}| ?{$_.providername –match "wininit"} | fl timecreated, message | out-file Desktop\CHKDSKResults.txt
