Windows 10: NVME SSD 100% disk usage then hard freeze

So my PC has been hard freezing randomly. I checked task manager right before it completely locked up and it shows that my SSD is at 100% usage with 0 transfer rate. This causes a hard freeze about 98% of the time and results in a BSOD MAYBE 2% of the time. I have tried so many things to fix this over the last year or so. Everything from swapping out my NVME for a HDD, updating drivers, fresh install of Win10 and then Win 11, ran chkdsk, DISM, sfc commands. A lot of people on reddit recommended I change my page file size which also hasn't worked. Ive tried getting rid of all nonessential USB

your hard disk 100% usage. Here's how:

• Type task manager in the Windows search bar and select the best match.
  
• In the Processes tab, look at the disk process to see what is causing your hard disk 100% usage.

100% Disk Usage

I installed recently a SSD in my computer and since then, some programs in my PC are just freezing for a couple of seconds. When I open the Task Manager, it shows it's using 100% of the disk, but no specific task is demanding that much. Most of the the times,
all tasks are showing less than 0,1MB/s of disk usage.

I have a laptop running Windows 10 Pro. A few weeks ago due to an accident, my laptop hard a hard crash and afterwards, Windows 10 started to get very slow, frequent crashes, freezing, programs not opening etc. Though I was able to fix Windows 10 by running
chkdsk, DISM and sfc /scannow multiple times, the problem is that my laptop is still very slow and freezes frequently as before and in Task Manager, the disk usage is always at 100%, even if I am not running any programs. I have tried all listed ways on internet
such as - disabling windows search, disabling superfetch, malware scan etc and the problem persists. This problem also happens in clean and safe boot. Upon running chkdsk, it shows 876 kb in bad sectors. I suspect that my HDD has probably gone bad due to the
impact. Please suggest some solutions to resolve 100% disk usage problem.
