Windows 10: OAUTH/SAML pop-up screen issue

Not able to see the OAUTH/SAML pop-up screen to select a different account to login to an application. what are the options available to reset or re-enable the prompt to login to the application with a different work/school account.

Use OAuth or secure mail key for email apps

I am getting the following notice about using an email which I do. I am using windows 8.1. I don't know the name of the email app that I am using. Do I need to do anything to continue getting my email? Thank you for any help that you can offer.

Access AT&T email through an email app using a secure mail key

If you prefer to use an email app that isn’t compatible with OAuth, you’ll have to create a special code called a secure mail key. You’ll use this secure mail key instead of your AT&T password when you set up an email app.

How can I get back my Client OAUTH setting? See issue below

3. Clear cache and cookies: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve issues with loading web pages.
   
   Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
   
4. Try a different browser or device: If possible, try to access the game from a different browser or device to see if the problem persists.
   
5. Wait and retry: As the error message suggests, Facebook might be experiencing issues that they are trying to fix. Wait for some time and then try again.
