As the title would suggest, I have been getting multiple BSODs for what seems to have no rhyme or reason. At first I assumed it was a bad software or driver so I did a system restore to a point I thought it was working fine only to discover several similar and assorted reported BSODs in event viewer multiple times the days and weeks prior. Tried DDU and reinstalled Gpu drivers assuming that was the culprit to no avail. Started getting annoyed and ran the minidump through WinDbg but realized rather quickly I have no clue how to read any of that and ran it through Chat Gpt in an attempt to seem

  2. Seemingly Random BSoD

    Hello,

I bought a Laptop about six months ago, and immediatly expirienced crashes. They happen seemingly at random. No matter what I'm doing, and the error on the BSoD has given a variaty of reasons over the months. I've done two or three clean installs of windows
10 and try to keep all my drivers updated. Althrough, I do this through via a program - DriverEasy.

    Hope you can help.

Random BSOD typically while Laptop is Idle

Typically when I step away from my laptop, or leave it over night - I will awake to it having a BSOD and reboots to the Dell Alienware Recovery Program. I've updated all the drivers I can, and it still is giving me this issue. Luckily it rarely happens while I'm actively using the laptop.

    BSOD Unknown Reason

The dump file on the 18th was caused by Quick Heal again. The later ones appear to be due to bit flips. I would recommend enabling Driver Verifier on all third-party drivers using the following instructions: 1) Search for verifier using the Start Menu and select the verifier.exe, accept the UAC prompt and you should be presented with the following screen:

    3) Ensure that you select the option to enable you to select drivers yourself

    4) Select all drivers which are not Microsoft related and then click the Finish button. Afterwards, please reboot the computer and Driver Verifier will continue to run in the background. Please do not select the drivers which are prefixed with dump_
