  1. Occasional Crashes/Bluescreens may be linked with LSO was triggered event?

I've had occasional random crashes/bluescreens with my PC lately. I'm not sure what the cause is- I originally suspected something related to drivers, and it might still be that, but everything is seemingly up to date so I don't get it.Attaching the minidmp file if it that could possibly help figure that out :

  2. EventID 6062 Lso was triggered on adapter without Lso

My laptop - a Lenonvo ThinkPad T590 - occasionally logs "6062 Lso was triggered" errors. When I look at the advanced properties of the WiFi adapter - an Intel AC 9560 - I see not mention of LSO support to disable. (The Ethernet adapter does show LSO support for both IPv4 and IPv6, but I rarely use Ethernet on this laptop.) I can't guarantee these events indicate an actual error, but I often see them around the time I've had Macrium Reflect abort a backup due to network error. I see the event at other times, too, but I can't associate it with any other problems. Is there some way to tell Windows not to request LSO even if it thinks the adapter supports it? This is a Win10 21H1 build19043.1237.

Lso keeps triggering causes my computer to freeze, requiring manual shutdown.

My computer frequently freezes and then I am forced to manually power off the laptop. These crashes are accompanied by the message in event viewer LSO was triggered. These crashes typically occur while gaming. I have done a network reset through settings and it should not be from anything overheating. I am unable to disable the driver for long periods of time, because I need to use my laptop for school and do not have generally have access to an ethernet connection. I have attached the event viewer logs. Would replacing the wifi card help?

Occasional bluescreen and bluescreens on 7-zip compressing very particular files

    Hi,

I'm having occasional bluescreens for several months with different bluescreen codes like KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY, etc. This usually happens when I'm using CPU/GPU intensive programs like 3D games or 7-zip zipping/unzipping.

For some recent crashes, the first one (022424-14171-01) happened when I was trying to reboot my PC, the second one (022424-16343-01) happened after I rebooted my PC and tried to run Intel Processor Diagnostic Tools, and the third one (022424-16125-01) is I deliberately triggered with 7-zip (I will describe it below). However there are no more information and I cannot really find the source of these errors from information in event viewer (which only shows Event ID 162 with no preceding errors) or using WinDbg to analyze the dump files. I also cannot determine whether these bluescreens are caused by the same reason or not.

OneDrive for crash dump files: CrashDumps.zip

Could you please help me determining which part on my computer is going wrong, or share me with some method to further test my computer?

    System Specs:

    CPU: Intel i9-13900KF

    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090

    Motherboard: MSI MEG Z790 ACE

    RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series (Intel XMP 3.0) DDR5 RAM 64GB (2x32GB)

    Harddisk: 3x SOLIDIGM SSDPFKKW020X7 (M.2. SSD), 1x Seagate Exos ST18000NM000J X18 18TB (HDD)

    PSU: Seasonic PRIME-TX-1600

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

    Edition: Windows 11 Professional

    Version: 23H2

    Installed on: 2024/2/10

    OS build: 22631.3155

Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22684.1000.0

    What I have tried:

    - Run Intel Processor Diagnostic Tools (for CPU), occasionally bluescreen.

    - Reinstall Windows 11, doesn't fix the issue.

    - Check CrystalDiskInfo, find nothing wrong on all 4 disks; run chkdsk, find nothing wrong on all 4 disks.

    - Run memtest86, find nothing wrong with RAM in after one night.

    - Stress test GPU with FurMark, find nothing wrong with GPU in more than an hour.

    7-zip triggering bluescreen:

Interestingly, I noticed 7-zip zipping will constantly trigger bluescreen on some very particular folders. Wherever I move these folders on whatever disks it will always trigger a bluescreen (at most of the time 7-zip will just terminate abnormally, but in some cases it will just give me a bluescreen). If I change the compression algorithm, like change it from zip-deflate to 7z-lzma2, it will no longer trigger any error.

Also I am very sure all the files in the zipped folder is correct, since it is used normally by other programs and I can move them from one disk to another disk without any problem. The error happens only when I try to zip them with specific zipping algorithm.

Also, when I'm unzipping files, especially large files, 7-zip will occasionally give me a CRC check fail while it does not fail on another PC. Although in most cases I can safely ignore the CRC check fail, but there are some situations that the extracted files are corrupted or extraction failed. I cannot completely determine whether it is the compressed files are corrupted when downloaded or not but I think it is highly possible to be the 7-zip's problem rather thant hte files. I think this is related to the above case.

    Other:

I occasionally see my screen flicker intermittently, which happens once every few days and only lasts for 1 or 2 frames. I doubted my GPU having issue but I think the problem could be more possibly on my motherboard or CPU since I can trigger the bluescreen with 7-zip and I assume 7-zip does not use GPU for compression.
