Windows 10: occasional packetage loss problem when starting any games

FPS rate suddenly drop from 200 to single digits in any game. This can happen multiple time during 1 minutes or didn't happen in 15 minutes. I have opened the package loss rate in valorant to keep tracking the number, it could rise to 20% while normally it is 0%. And I have ping 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1, both of them are having one request time out. I am quite sure it is not internet connection problem because I have checked with my other computer and it works fine under the same internet but I don't know how to fix it now. Can anyone help?

Loss of game position.

The response was helpful in that the suggestions provided helped Me to uninstall and reinstall the game. I have been playing and have not had the "loss of position" problem. But I have a way to go to get back to where I was. Thanks again for the help
and I hope that I may be able to continue on.
