Windows 10: Occasionally Unable to Click Anywhere Except Inside of 1 or 2 Applications. Only fixed...

Hello,I've been dealing with this issue periodically for the past few months. Occasionally, when my laptop has been unused for a few minutes, I will be unable to click anywhere outside of the window it is currently focused on when I come back to it. I'm usually unable to click on the taskbar, desktop, or any other application outside of whatever is currently in focus. Even newly opened applications like Task Manager are unable to be clicked in. I can Alt+Tab the other applications into focus, but when I click within it, the focus immediately moves elsewhere as indicated by the title bar of

• What is the current build of Windows 10 you are using on your computer? You can refer this article to
  
  Check for the operating system information in Windows 10.
  
• May I know the steps that you followed to deleted and re-install the Windows Mail application?
  

Please refer the below mentioned methods and check of that helps.



Method 1:



Windows Mail application is a Store application. Hence, I suggest you to run the troubleshooting on the Microsoft store application and check if that makes any difference, please refer the article
Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store and follow the steps provided
in the article.



If the issue persists, please follow method 2.



Method 2:



As you are unable to add folder in Windows mail application, since you have already tired re-installing the application, I suggest you to create a new user account and check if that helps. Refer the article

Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10.

Unable to export videos using Photos application

Hello,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you are unable to export videos using Photo application, let us try few troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.

Refer the article on Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.
If the issue persists, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Photo application.

To do that,

1. Click on Start icon.
2. Type Windows PowerShell.
3. Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
4. Type the following command and press Enter: Get-AppxPackage *Photos* | Remove-AppxPackage

Restart the computer and reinstall Microsoft Photos app from Microsoft Store.
