Windows 10: Occassionally after wake up from sleep -> BSOD

Occassionally after wake up from sleep or from hibernated state -> BSOD happens. I have up to date all drivers, up to date BIOS, up to date operating system Windows 10 21H2.I have disabled Fast startup.BSOD happens not every wake up, but about 6th wake up PC.BSOD NEWER happened during normal working on the PC!Problem happened with Windows 10 20H2 too 21H1 I skipped.I ran MemTest86 - it takes 6 hours -> 0 errors.I ran sfc /scannow -> no problem;I ran DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth -> no problem;I ran CPU tests -> no errors.I have 32 GB RAM and two SSD disks, CPU i9-10

The steps you suggested did not solve the problem. I am still experiencing the BSOD when waking the computer from sleep. If you have an other suggestions they'd be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you to check which devices are configured to wake up the computer from sleep by following the steps below:

• Right click on Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the command line below:

Powercfg /devicequery wake_armed

3. Check if the devices (Keyboard, Mouse, Ethernet cable) are listed.

If the system is not going to sleep and going to Hybernate, the only option to wake up is to press the Power button.
